Overview:
The Disclosure Review Committee ensures compliance with Federal regulations
and University policy and procedures on conflicts of interest. As stated
in the Washington University Conflict of Interest Policy, “…faculty
and administrators at Washington University recognize a shared responsibility
to ensure that they conduct themselves in an unbiased manner and serve
the goals of the University. It is thus the responsibility of the University
and its employees to guard against conflicts of interest which might compromise
the integrity and objectivity of the University community.” The
Policy further describes the process through which the DRC implements
and monitors this requirement. Questions regarding the financial disclosure
process may be directed to the Disclosure Review Committee Office at 747-2904.
